Pets
We regret that pets are not allowed as we have a dog, however Zara is available for walks at any time during your stay, she is available 24/7 :)
Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy
No deposit is required, however a credit/debit card must be registered along with full contact details.
If Cancellation is received at least one week prior to booked arrival date, there will be no charge.
Note that under Scottish Law, reservations - even those by verbal agreement - are legally binding. Intending Guests are advised to take out Travel Insurance. For example, adverse weather, particularly outwith the Summer season, can seriously disrupt ferry and flight schedule
s. In the event of cancellation within one week of planned arrival date, or of guests failing to take up their accommodation, we are entitled to recover the full value of the booked accommodation. We will, however, endeavour to re-let the room(s) and deduct any monies received in full from the balance due. By providing Credit/Debit Card details, you authorise us to charge the card for the un-used accommodation. Where there are exceptional circumstances we may, at our discretion, waive our right to compensation, limit payment or provide a credit note against a future visit.
If for any reason we are unable to provide the booked accommodation or part of it, we will endeavour to provide an alternative in STB 3 or 4 star rated accommodation. Where it proves impossible to find alternative accommodation of that standard, we will provide the next best available.
